What the work looks like

• Remote-friendly, with a Twin Cities home base.
• Small team. You will own meaningful surface area from your first week.
• Modern stack: Go, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, plus enterprise integration work across platforms such as ServiceNow and UKG Pro. We use agentic AI tooling heavily and expect every engineer to be comfortable with it.
• Clear product focus. No ticket churn on disconnected features.
